Astra AI Astrology ("we," "our," or "us") aims to provide a transparent and fair experience for all users purchasing services on our platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and guidelines governing our subscriptions and top-up credit purchases.

1. Top-Up Credit Purchases

Our pay-as-you-go credit model lets you purchase virtual credits to consult with AI astrologers and generate premium astrology reports. Please review the following conditions:

  • All Sales Are Final: Credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once loaded onto your account, as delivery of virtual credits is instant.
  • Used Credits: No refunds can be issued under any circumstance if you have already spent any portion of the purchased credits.
  • Technical Issues: If payment is successfully debited from your account but credits are not added to your wallet due to a technical error, please contact us at support@astraai.com. Upon verification, we will manually credit your account or process a refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and will remain in your wallet balance as long as your account is active. Credits have zero cash value and are non-transferable.

2. Subscriptions (Pro/Elite)

If you purchase a recurring membership subscription, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Subscription > Cancel.
  • End-of-Period Cancellation: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time in the middle of a billing period already paid for.
  • Duplicate Charges: In case of system duplication errors or incorrect billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge to receive a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund transactions are usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider (e.g., Cashfree).
